Historic Environment Record entry
A mid-19th century Jersey farmhouse, with historic features remaining. Together with its outbuildings, it forms an integral part of the grouping of buildings around Rozel Camping Park. Previously used as a school.
Two-storey, three-bay house with single storey wing to south which has curved parapet.
One of outbuildings is a rare survivor of an early 17th century cottage, now called Black Butter Cottage. Although a recent renovation removed much of the original internal fabric, its significance is still enhanced by the brick oven.
Shown on the Richmond Map of 1795.
