Guernsey family trees and histories

Introduction

Whereas over 3,000 Jersey family trees have been added to Jerripedia since 2010, the Guernsey content never grew and only 45 trees and family histories were added. We have retained most of them in this revised page, but researchers are warned that while the Jersey trees have been subject to detailed individual scrutiny over the years, the Guernsey trees are unchecked and presented as submitted. Some with very sketchy information and no sources have been removed.

We have also removed some trees which were not posted in the standard format used throughout the site and were deemed to be confusing. They will be reinstated if their submitters come forward and agree to edit them to an acceptable format.

We regret that we are not currently encouraging the submission of further Guernsey trees for addition to the site
