This early 19th century house retains its character and proportions. Many historic features remain internally and those renovated are replica copies of the original.
The outbuildings to the north are 21st century.
Single storey, five bays with wings east and west. On the east, 21st century conservatory, the base of which was originally pigsties.
Original pump retained, circular wall raised in 2007 along with building of outbuildings. Central entrance to original house.
Double pile, east room now open plan. Stair has painted stick balusters, timber turned newels and handrail - landing balustrade has been raised. Timber beams with pencil moulding run north/south. Beams and boards over north entrance door are original. Some original four-panel doors and architraves remain, others are replica copies.
Ground floor east and north west rooms retain corbelled granite fireplaces with timber lintel (northwest has original hearth). Ground floor south west room has early 19th century fireplace with tiling and grate. First floor east room has early 19th century fireplace and grate (repositioned in room). First floor west room of converted barn has original roof beams pegged at apex, relocated to centre of room.
