This late Victorian building contributes to the streetscape in its scale and retains some original decorative features. Three-storey, five- bay. Slate roof with brick chimney on each gable. Slate hung set back wall on third floor. First floor banded render rustication topped by heavy cornice and parapet to third floor. Entrances recessed with central glazed display island. Rear of porch divided in two bays. No 25 and central island have original timber frame windows. Terrazzo flooring.
