Late 19th century seaside villa which retains its character and some original features including applied ornamentation, elements of which survive, particularly the applied mouldings and pierced parapets.

One of two nearby identical pairs of late 19th century seaside villas with the adjacent Riva Bella and Beau Rivage, the pair further west. Believed to have similar internal detailing to pair further east La Greve and Vue des Rochers. Originally one of a mirrored pair with Riva Bella.
