Two-storey quayside townhouse of 18th century date, retaining exterior form and contributing to the scenic value of St Aubin's harbour. Shown on the Richmond Map of 1795.

Notes and references

  1. We have not been able to place this family in any of our trees. We have established that Frederick Winter was the son of Philippe and Marie, nee Alexandre, who married in St Brelade in 1839. Philippe was probably born in St Brelade in 1816, the son of Philippe and Anne, nee Helleur, who married in the parish in 1801. Both were from St Brelade, but we have been unable to take the line any further back
