The White Horse Inn on St Saviour's short coastline

Each of the 12 parishes in Jersey has a stretch of coastline, but St Saviour's stretches a matter of yards between the boundaries with St Helier and St Clement. At the Dicq, in the centre, lies the White Horse Inn.

The inn has a long history, stretching back to the 18th century, when it was a popular dinner venue. A feature of its seafront garden for some time was an ancient black mulberry tree.
