Talk:Descendants of Daniel Bisson of Trinity

Philippe Bisson (1698-1748) son of Daniel, of Trinity, and Elizabeth Lemprière, his wife, could not have had surviving issue. This was because Marie Bisson, his niece (d of Daniel, his younger brother), was the principal heir in 1782 of another of her uncles, Charles Bisson, brother of this Philippe. Had Philippe had issue, then as eldest son, his children or grandchildren would, by Jersey law, have been the principal heirs of this Charles. Marie also inherited all her grandfather` real estate, as had Daniel, her father. Guy Dixon
