- Dallain: In 1901 farmer Alfred Dallain (1869- ) and his wife Eliza, nee Vibert (1877- ) were living here.
In 1941 Eliza, now widowed,, her son John Adolphus (1903-1981) and her daughter Kathleen Ada (1902- ) were living here. John later married Kathleen Ada Gartrell (1902- ), who was still living at Elmwood when her will was registered in 1976

Listed building
Early-mid 19th century Jersey rural property retaining original features and character. Five-bay, two-storey house, with two-bay, tw0-storey wing to the south and single storey, three-bay wing to the north, set back from the road with a formal garden frontage.
Various farm and outbuildings form a square courtyard to the rear of the house. Variously altered during conversion to residential.
Farm buildings are of limited heritage value, but form a group with the house. Pigsties in adjoining field to the west. Stone boundary wall, iron gate on frontage.
