- MLF 1714 ALC for Michel Le Feuvre and Anne Le Cras, who married in St Brelade in 1701. They had a son, also Michel, in the same year. We have not been able to fit them into any of the Le Feuvre trees in the website

Listed building
An early 18th century farmhouse, and traditional fontaine, retaining original character with fine quality stonework. Shown on Richmond Map.
Two-storey, three-bay house. Replacement slate roof with rooflights and pair of 19th century brick chimneystacks. Front façade in squared granite, with dressed stonework to openings. Altered single storey outbuildings and later rear extensions. To west of house is the granite fontaine.
Old Jersey Houses
A garden wall is said to have been part of an earlier house, because it contains a pair of fireplace corbels:
- "On either side a square gin bottle was found buried, one broken and the other whole. These were no doubt placed there as protection against the ubiquitous witch."
The sale of two nearby fields in 1746 by Thomas Binet is said to provide confirmation that he was living in the house. M Binet as shown as owner on the Godfray Map.
The author was obviously not given access to the interior and records no details other than to confirm that the facade matches the 1714 datestone.
