South elevation: Hipped slate roof with central rendered chimney with moulded and bracketed rim. Stucco walls with rusticated quoins, quoined window surrounds and lintels. String course between ground and first floor. First floor windows are 6 pane (3/3) sashes. Ground floor windows 15 pane (6/9) sashes.
