A good example of an early 19th century granite farmhouse, with good stonework and exterior character. Two-storey, five-bay house (now sub-divided as La Croix and La Croix Cottage). Slate roof with dressed granite chimneystacks, with thatch dripstones. Dressed squared granite facade with quoins and dressed openings.

20th century east extension and rear extensions. Original farmhouse subdivided between properties.
